Refunds and Cancellations
When you get your money back for what you buy from a gym on Solid, how it reaches you, and how what you buy is delivered.
In force from 9 October 2026. Last updated 9 October 2026.
1. Who refunds what
Gyms on Solid sell their own plans, passes, and sessions. When you pay through Solid, Solid collects the payment for the gym, as its agent (Terms of Service, section 6).
- Paid through Solid, by a Solid Pay link, Autopay, or the Solid app: Solid makes the refund, from the gym's share, back to the way you paid, under the rules below.
- Paid at the gym's desk, in cash or to the gym's own UPI: the gym refunds you itself, under its own terms, and the refund shows on your receipts in Solid.
2. Memberships and plans
- Within 7 days of buying, if you have not yet checked in on the plan: cancel for a full refund.
- A plan bought ahead that has not started, such as a renewal waiting for your current plan to end: cancel for a full refund.
- A plan you have started is not refunded for days you choose not to use, unless the gym agrees. A gym that agrees refunds the unused days at the plan's price divided by its days, rounded to the rupee, less anything you still owe. Where your plan allows it, you can ask the gym to put it on hold instead.
- If the gym closes for good, every unused day is refunded, counted from the day after its last day.
- Cancelling Autopay stops future renewals. The plan you have runs to its end date.
3. Free trials, day passes, and visit packs
- A free trial costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. Cancel it before it starts to keep it for later.
- A day pass with a time slot can be cancelled or moved free until one hour before the slot. Inside that hour it can no longer be cancelled, and once the slot has started, a pass not used is a no-show and is not refunded.
- A day pass without a slot can be cancelled free until the end of its day, unless you have checked in.
- A visit pack's unused visits lapse when the pack runs out. Before then, the gym may refund them at the price each visit had.
4. Personal training packages
Unused sessions are refunded at the price each session had. A gym may keep a share of unused sessions, or refund them only within some days of the sale; if it does, it tells you before you pay. A session missed without cancelling in time counts as used, under the gym's no-show rule.
5. Payments that went wrong
- Money taken but the payment failed: Cashfree or your bank reverses it by itself, usually within 5 to 7 working days. If it does not, write to us.
- Paid twice, or paid a link after paying at the desk: the extra payment is credit with the gym for your next payment, or is refunded in full if you ask.
- Charged the wrong amount: the difference is refunded.
6. How and when a refund is paid
- A refund of a payment through Solid goes back to the card, bank account, or UPI ID you paid from, never in cash.
- We start it within 2 working days of it being approved, and your bank usually shows it within 5 to 7 working days after that.
- The gym's credit note for it appears with your receipts.
- Solid charges no fee for a refund.
7. How to ask
Ask at the gym's desk, or write to support@solidgyms.com or WhatsApp +91 79064 04128 with your mobile number, the gym, and the payment. We reply within 2 working days.
If you dispute a payment with your bank instead, your bank decides it, and we share the records of the sale and your check-ins with it. Writing to us first is usually faster.
8. Delivery
- Solid sells access to gyms and their services, not goods, so nothing is shipped.
- What you buy is delivered as soon as your payment succeeds: the plan, pass, or sessions are on your record at the gym at once, from the start date you chose, and your receipt confirms them. You use them at the gym by checking in.
- If you have paid and do not see it within an hour, write to us, and we will put it right or refund you.
- Products a gym sells at its own desk, such as drinks, supplements, or clothing, are sold and handed over by the gym there.
9. For gyms
- Solid for Gyms has no subscription, so there is nothing to cancel or refund. A gym leaves Solid as its partner agreement says.
- When a payment through Solid is refunded, Solid gives back its fee on the part refunded, and the gym's share covers the rest, as the weekly statement shows.
- Ads are charged only for the weeks they run, from the payout, and a disputed ad charge is held back until Solid replies.
